Das ist die traurige Wahrheit. Sicherheit ist ein Akzent den man so und so lesen kann. Die EU will in erster Linie Stabilität und sie nimmt die erstbeste, die sie bekommen kann. The author does not apologize for mentioning EU law from time to time ( in fact, you couldn't practise antitrust without constantly dealing with EU law). Johannes Zoettl only explains that he will also cover general EU law matters outside the scope of antitrust occassionally which may not be of interest to some of the readers from the antitrust community.
