			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p align="justify">And news just don&#8217;t seem to stop. I just found out  that the city hosting the G8 summit this sommer in Germany has &#8211; let&#8217;s say &#8211; a special honorary citizen: Adolf Hitler. According the to the press the town&#8217;s civil servants just hadn&#8217;t got any capacity left to browse through the ancient documents solving whether his honours have been revoked already. Officials thought being made honorary citizen only  lasts until <strike>dead</strike> one&#8217;s death. Sad story and once again embarrassing for the whole nation. Now the city council is discussing the deprivation at the beginning of April.</p>
