Is Spain going to guarantee the rights of citizens, users and consumers on the Internet in the ACTA negotiations, the internal market (including restrictive business practices), proposals on criminal sanctions (IPRED2), privacy, net neutrality etc? What will Spain do to achieve coherent and cohesive foreign policy action under the Lisbon Treaty, including putting an end to vetoes from current members with regard to enlargement? How is Spain going to make the EU 2020 strategy a success, after the ten year failure of the Lisbon strategy for growth and jobs?
